We kicked off Cannabis Cup Week 2006 with a special program at the Cannabis College featuring Opening Tokes of John Sinclair weed, the Cannabis Cup entry produced by Reeferman and issued by the Dampkring as its Cannabis Cup entry. Our guests included the great Doc Rosen, Thomas Mayrhofer of Groen Vrij, the new Marijuana Party running for seats in the Parliament in tomorrow’s Nederland election, and my man Andy Adkins, plus incredibly great music by Lester Williams, Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band, James Andrews, Ike & Tina Turner, John Sinclair & His Blues Scholars, Bob Dylan, Bobby “Blue” Bland, Chubby “Hip Shakin’” Newsom, and “pannonica” from my new album criss cross with guitarist Mark Ritsema.
