The fifth episode of Radio Free Genoa Poetry was conducted at the Café Mentelocale in the Palazzo Ducale in Genoa and, with the valued assistance of Max Hernandez, features interviews with Antonio Simon from France and Bas Boettcher from Germany, poets here in Genoa for the Festival Internazionale di Poesie di Genova, along with music by John Coltrane, Bo Diddley, John Sinclair & His Blues Scholars, Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown, T-Bone Walker, Elmore James, Charlie Parker, Jimmy Reed, John Sinclair & Mark Ritsema, Joe Weaver, and Miles Davis.

Hello Mr. Sinclair:
We used to see each other in the Quarter area (where I lived)periodically although we never met. I enjoyed your shows on OZ and here. I liked the music and the fun poet stuff. I hope you will continue to do same. Nice to hear “where y’at” over the internet airwaves. I now live in Omaha, Ne. (also lived in Gloucester looking for the ghost of Charles Olson)
