Our third Cannabis Cup 2009 broadcast from the Cannabis College in Amsterdam continues our celebration of the Fifth Anniversary of the John Sinclair Radio Show since we launched this project at Coffeeshop Amnesia on November 22, 2004. This episode features a nice conversation with one of the founders of our radio project, Henk Botwinik, and another appearance by Kenny Post, and there’s recorded music by T-Bone Walker, George Clinton & the P-Funk All-Stars, Lee “Scratch” Perry with George Clinton, Toots & the Maytals, the Blue Brass Project, John Sinclair & Fluxedo Junction with the original version of my Cannabis Cup anthem “It’s All Good”, and another cut by Los Marijuanos from their new album, plus a pair of spectral appearances by the late Cannabis Poet, Mr. Lee Bridges, and the late Dutch poet-agitator Simon Vinkenoog, and a couple of “live” poems by Kenny Post. Happy Thnaksgiving.

John –
Such a pleasure to hear you enjoying your gig in Amsterdam!
I enjoy listening to your show some times, while the better half is otherwise occupied. You’re one of a kind, one of the kind.
Come on down to Phoenix some time if you get the chance. Not Amsterdam by a long shot, but one’s beard doesn’t grow icicles down here during the holidays, either.
Thanks for sharing!
wanna do a link trade? We do a comedy podcast 3 days a week. My dream is to open up a coffee shop in amsterdam where we broadcast from 5 days a week, so people can come in buy some herb and listen to a comedy show. It sounds like you are already doing that. Get a hold of me, we should do things.
