Born in McComb, Mississippi in 19__ and raised in Chicago from the age of 6, Bo passed away on June 2 at his home in Archer, Florida at the age of 79. This episode celebrates the life & music of Bo Diddley and fellow pioneers Chuck Berry, Little Richard and Fats Domino—the Mount Rushmore of Rock & Roll—who reshaped the sound of popular music in 1955 with their smash releases on Chess, Checker, Specialty & Imperial Records.
