Our radio krewe finished up our frenetic week of Cannabis Cup programming, took the weekend off and met again on Monday night to do an impromptu show from the front window of The Dolphins.
David Kraai, a young musician from New Paltz, NY on a whirlwind two-day stay in Amsterdam, had written to ask if he could be there for our Monday night broadcast, and when he got there we pressed him into service at our sole guest for the evening, with our conversations punctuated with music by Lyman Woodard, Magic Slim & the Teardrops, Little Walter, Leon Thomas & Full Circle, Lee Allen, Little Freddie King, Louis Youngblood, John Sinclair & His Blues Scholars, and the Lil’ Rascals Brass Band.
