The Dr. Doo Wop Show: I Told You So

The Dr. Doo Wop Show: I Told You So

Dr. Doo Wop has risen from the ashes of the past like a rock & roll phoenix to bring some great music from the Golden Age of American Music as played on 46 of his programs for Radio 100 in Amsterdam from the turn of the century, but unless a minor miracle occurs this will be our last offering from the mini-disk and cassette vaults of Dr. Doo Wop, one final hour of music by The Clovers, Shakin’ Stevens, The Uptowns, The Flying Saucers, Paul Anka, Patti Page, Paul Perry, The Everly Brothers, Ronnie Barron, Little Richard, Dion & The Belmonts, Chad Romeo, Chuck Higgins, Chris & Dave & Friends, Johnny Flamingo, and The Flamingos. Endless thanks to William Levy for making these recorded programs available, to Ben Schot for getting the mini-disks transferred to digital, and to Steve the Fly for his key role in getting the cassettes transferred as well.
